Concept One Apartments

Great place to live! From: timothy_emery Date posted: 3/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived comfortably in Unit #502 of the Concept One Apartments for over a year, and I recommend it to anyone considering a move to Belltown. The unit is very well-designed. The kitchen is open to the living room, which works well for entertaining. There is ample closet and storage space, including a walk-in closet in the bedroom. The balcony overlooks the second avenue bar scene. The management is excellent. Joe immediately dealt with any issuese that arose. He ensured that the all tenants were respectful of the common areas. Everyone in the complex apprciates his good humor and attention to detail. Finally, the tenants are all fun, easy-going people. Check out the units and compare the price of them to anyother complex in Belltown. It will quickly become apparent that Concept One is a great place to live!
