Convenient, well-maintained, and amazingly reasonable From: kastagyr Date posted: 6/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My girlfriend and I lived in here until we got a dog, and had to move out. I have no large complaints about the place, and it was at least $300 dollars cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The current resident manager, Joe, keeps the place in immaculate condition, and we loved the layout and size of our apartment. Security was also excellent, an important factor for any building in or around downtown Seattle. If we weren't getting a dog, we wouldn't have moved. I highly recommend this apartment community.
