I lived in Concept One for three years and really enjoyed my experience there. The building is in an ideal location, the rent is relatively inexpensive, the manager Joe is the best and the parking spaces were large. My unit had a beautiful view of the water and ample closet space. The only drawback was the noise from second ave. at times. However, I would recommend this building to anyone wanting to live in Belltown.
