Great location, short walk to the area's best restuarants and bars, a few blocks from Pike Market. Also every easy to get down to the waterfront. Nice, clean building, safe parking and a very good manager on the premisis. Units are very spacious. Would however, reccommend living on 2nd Avenue side versus the alley side for less noise. In summary, it is probably the best value in the area with a good mix of people living there. Would definately live there again.
