Affordable Belltown Condo From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   We lived at Concept one for 2.5 years. Great location, very affordable for Belltown. It can get a bit noisy on the weekends because you're surrounded by a number of bars and restaurants, but that also depends on where your unit is located in the building. Joe the resident manager is a great guy and stays on top of any requests.
