great urban living - high and low brow restaurants; shops, clubs, the croc, pike place market, plenty of bus routes that stop right at the front door. the view from roof deck is stunning, with free access to grills and furniture. we had a 2-bed unit on the 5th floor with views to the sound, space needle, and the scene on 2nd avenue. gas fireplace, balcony and nice-sized bathroom. all at a good price. there is some loitering that happens outside the building, but it's more of an annoyance than a danger. gives you street cred.

Joe the manager does a great job of running the place. he'll go out of his way to do anything for you. i highly recommend concept one, and we only left because it was time to buy.
