Great Place

I haven't been living here very long, but so far I am impressed. Firstly, it is far quieter than I was ever expecting, which is really nice. Especially considering the building's busy location on Capitol Hill. The location is great (Belmont between Pine and Olive) if you're looking to be in the middle of things.
My apartment is nice and was clean when I moved in (inluding the blinds, which isn't always the case at some apartments even though I think it's state law or something). The building is an older brick building with quirks as you would expect. The residents seem to vary in age quite a bit. Most seem to be over 25.
My only maintenance request so far was handled in less than 48 hours. The only complaint I have is parking, which if you're moving to Capitol Hill you should expect anyway. So far, it's been a pain only once but I don't drive or move my car much. There is a SMALL amount of parking in the building, I think it's four spaces that you can pay extra for.
The apartment manager is very nice and helpful.
