The apartment doesn't advertise that it houses a large number of people using Section 8 Public Housing Vouchers. Not everyone here is paying $1500 for a two-bedroom apartment.
In addition, the parking costs $100 per month, and numerous tenants have left scratches, scrapes and other blotches on the walls. Although the apartments themselves are fine, the general atmosphere leave much to be desired.
Still, the location is good, particularly for people who work downtown or at the massive nearby hospitals.

I don't know where you got your information, but there is exactly one tenant at the copperfield on subsidized housing. The parking rent is totally in line with the market for this area. How does another tenant scraping a wall in the garage impact you???
