3 Year Resident - Great Location

I've lived in two units in this complex over the past three years and the only reason I'd consider moving out is the rent. You pay for the location though - close to downtown, but also to groceries and medical services, and I feel safe in this neighborhood. The hallways are a bit run down in places - scratches, dingy carpets - but I know they get cleaned, I see cleaners in all the time. The common area courtyard is very nice. Building is pet friendly and I have never had any noise issues: I have yet to hear any neighbor or pet noise as long as my windows are shut.
If I had a complaint it would be that often times you have to call ahead to make sure someone is actually in the office during 'office hours', but they do receive packages for you and so far I have never had anything go missing.
