Decent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Basically, you get what you pay for. The rent is cheap, and overall the apt. is fine. But, there is a major mildew problem and the apt. is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, when the temp hits 80 or above.
