DON"T MOVE IN HERE From: unhappyrenter199999 Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was sick for months after I moved into this apartment. The manager, Jo, gave me a discounted rate on an apartment that used to have. She said the apartment might have water issues, but would be safe to live in, etc. A month into my stay black mold began growing on my ceiling. I cleaned it several times during the three months I lived at the apartment, and finally moved out. Also, she charged me a ridiculous amount in cleaning fees, even though I hired a professional cleaner to come in. Don't move in here unless you want to be taken advantage of as a tenant.
