Assistant Manager has PTSD

A lot of people who live there have mental issues (receives disability money due to mental and emotional problems) right' Right. I don't live there but reached out for assistance because one of CS crazy tenant's started harassing me. The assistant manager tape-recorded my conversation without permission, then yelled at me and told me they would not help me. Instead she said I could come on their premises and enter their building illegally. Since their intercom system never works, right' Right.
BTW, it's only the assistant manager 5/26/09 that's bad. No other complaints with management from me. Signed, a non-tenant.
