I have lived here since last November. I love it. I am close to my work and can pretty much walk everywhere else I want to go. I take my dog to the Green Lake dog park which is just down the street. I walk to grocery stores, movie theatres, super nummy restaurants and there is even a neighborhood pub right across the street. I take my bike down to the Burke Gilman trail and store it here in the bike room for free. The maintenance guy is seriously the best I have ever had. He fixes things the next day if not the same day. The manager is always in the office and always friendly. I love my apartment too! I have a HUGE bedroom and two floor to ceiling windows that face south. GREAT LIGHT! I will be staying here until I buy a home! I know it.
