I can not believe I moved here. This was one of the worst if not worst decision I ever made besides buying a used car with no warranty! This lady named ------- ----- is the worst Manager and person I have ever encountered, well I can go on about her but I will save my breath for something worth talking about. The unit is cheaply constructed, with paint easily coming off, stripping along the walls coming off, closets breaking, insect problems, noise problems, no parking! did I mention no parking' Maintenance is slow and none cooperative. They look like drug addics themselves, They smoke and throw there ciggarettes in front of homes. I would rather live on the streets then be here. I'am outta here A.S.A.P

I totally agree with this persons observations. This place is horrible to raise my kids. No parking, we are crammed in here like sardines! Vandalism, fights in the parking lot, gym is unsupervised. Its only going to get worse during the summer when all kids are out of school and parents are gone. My advice also. MOVE OUT as soon as possible. I will help spread the word! Thanks for the posting!!

My partner and I have lived here since early in 2007. We have similar complaints straight down the line. We would not recommend this newly classified section 8 complex to anyone. We too are planning to vacate as soon as possible.

I moved recently to the apartment units and my first contact with the apartment personels wasn,t what I expected. The assistant manager that I talked with was rude and this was her words and I qoute" once u sign the lease your complaints is rather useless".

I totally agree. This place is the worst. All they care about is nickel and diming you. If you have a complaint, you might as well take it to church and pray to God, for it will not be heard or taken care of by the management. The place looks deceiving. Looks nice at first, but then everything falls apart within a month. I hear gunshots every now and then and finding out someone actually committed murder in one of the apartments. And you have cops sitting in the front of the entrance every night hassling you all the time. I HATED IT! I never felt safe here and you will not either. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Please listen to me if you cherish your privacy, safety, or your life in general. This was my worst apartment experience ever! once again, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
