Creston Point is a huge disapointment. When I drive throught the complex I literally feel like I am in the projects. Children are running every where. Playing in the drive areas, No parents to be seen..With all that has and is stilll going on in this place, you would think parents would reconsider allowing there children to WANDER about the property. I have heard and confirm one felon living on the premises. hmmm isn't that against the policey..There are balcony's pilled high with, I guess you can say whatever doesn't fit inside the apt. (and yeah this is supposed to be against the leasing policy.) People get out of there cars and just dump there trash to the ground with out a second thougth. Now I wont blame it on section 8 tennants only, there are some people who are on this program who want something out of life they just need a helping hand..on the other hand there are some people who just have a ghetto mentality. And they are not on section 8. Whether section 8 or not, I find it hard to believe that someone would have the opportunity to live in a brand new, never been lived in before place and they would treat it like it was nothing. AINT GOT NOTHING DONT WANT NOTHING. Now thats just plain ignorant. It's too bad Management bottom line is not the well being of it's tennants.. the Power is in there hands, yet they do little to correct the problem... This complex already has one foot in the grave. AFTER JUST A YEAR...I would not recommend this place to anyone. Too much questionable behavior and to many questionable characters (including the staff). PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO LIVE, WHETHER YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR NOT, SPARE YOUR SELF THE FRUSTRATION. LOOK ELSEWHERE.....

I agree 100% with your review. I've been a resident at Creston Point for 6 months now and I was ready to move about 1 month after I moved in. A few things that should also be mentioned about the kid activity is that they make cabana and the cabana area very unpleasant to be in and around. The workout gym, which is a featured amenity, is ALWAYS full of under age children playing on the equipment. That results to broke equipment all the time. The rest of the cabana area is literally like a zoo, excuse me I meant jungle. It's way out of control. I'm in a controlled access bldg. and the stairway is always littered with garbage and it smells like urine. Speaking of felons on the property, I have gang members in my bldg, someone was murdered in the bldg. next to me and I've heard of a stabbing. It's a shame, I feel that the screening is not being done properly and now the tenants that take pride in their living environment are forced to deal with it. There's gotta be a way out!!
