I moved to Creston Point in April and left 3 months later, I kept a book (a large one at that) on the crimes that happened there and documented proof from the King County police department, I to do not listen to gossip I go for the facts and first hand experience. I do know someone was murdered there, I do know many shots where fired there several times I do know someone was robbed and the list goes on and on. Someone was stabbed outside my door and there was blood everywhere, mind you I have a 2 year old and I had to explain what the "red" stuff was, I called maintenance to clean it up and they did not do it til morning so yes I had to walk in someone elses blood to get in my apartment. Yes the pool is beautiful but it is always closed because parents dont watch there kids and they ruin it, I was told by the maintenance guy it had a really bad fungus growing they could not get rid of. I had a drug dealer living below me. The management never told me it was sec. 8 housing which I am not. I went to sleep many times wondering if a stray bullet would go through my wall. The manager has a pitbull (which is not allowed on the property) because she fears for her safety, now you tell me if its safe there. This place is so horrible!! If you want a safe place to live and you love your family dont live there. If you dont believe me before you sign a lease get a copy of a crime report for this place at the king co. police dept I guarantee you will be shocked.
