Creston Point Apartments

Not what I expected From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I realize that all apartment living requires putting up with the lifestyles of others, but there are some issues at Creston Point that have made me anxious to leave. First of all, vandalism to vehicles is a serious problem here, and even when reported to office personnel, nothing is done. Security is lacking and needs to be stepped up. The apartments themselves are nice and clean. The maintenance men are friendly, and I've always had quick and efficient response to concerns. Value for the size of the apartment is better than most other places I've seen. Staff tries to maintain the amenities, but unsupervised children and teens behave scandalously and tear up the property. I thought the property looked great when I saw it on the internet, but there are enough people living here that are inconsiderate of others that ruin it for everyone. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
