I am really agrivated while reading through all these negative reviews. Maybe some of these people were evicted or had a bad experience but I have not seen anything of what they are saying. I guess to each his own...but I love where I live. My kids love it here too. I am sad reading such mean and hateful words. Especially if you no longer live here. This is a great place to live.

Pfffffff... you must be one of the ones we are complaining about then!!! Open your eyes, do you not go outside??? Do you not have a nose??? Or do you just not know what weed smells like??? What building do you live in? You must be in the one that doesn't exist!!! BUILDINGS A-ALL SUCK!!! I also have been here for quite some time so I have seen alot more than someone that just moved in...

Quite honestly I am surprised that the people complaining are still here. Is all you do complain? The reason this community comes across as a bad place is because the people here won't do anything to better it. Do you realize how much better this community would be if people would take responsibility for their children and how they live their lives. Like the person before me said with Section 8 you get the good and the bad. I know that when I applied I had to go through quite a bit to get in. I had my credit run just like everybody else, one or two rental references done and had to pay off a collection from a few years ago. Sounds to me like I was checked pretty well. I was also informed of the situation here because I asked. No place is going to volunteer information that is not asked for. I have had my share of issues here, but I know that security is on site and they don't always respond right away but I just call the police if it is serious. Bottom line is, we influence what our situation is just as much as everyone around us. Start with you and who you know and maybe we can turn OUR community around.

I agree with the last response. I'am sure this is someone in the office typing this. Lets keep it real. I know you work here for a living and get a rent discount, so its kinda not that bad for you! but lets pretend for a minute that this isn't management. Just an ignorant person who lives in a secret unit somewhere where the sun only shines on it. Come on keep it real. Even if no one told you anything, i am sure by now that when you took your garbage to the trash a rat at least gave you a hint by now! Come on lets keep it real! We all need to move in with you so we can all be happy to! As sure as the sun is the color yellow! You should have known it would be like this when you heard the address was MLK Jr way South. I was one of the first people to move in this place when it first opened and I knew within a matter of time this place would start getting bad. I timed it. I told my mom give it 6months. within that time peolpe that aren't used to this area would start complaining. You gotta realise. This complex accepts section 8, and other housing programs as well. I have family on section 8, but with the good comes the bad with it! These builders and owners were moving people in when these units weren't even completed yet! Why? Cuz they were loosing money building house on top of house and building after building like sardines, that they had to make up for the lost revenue in building costs some way! So don't be surprised when your paint in your house rubs off when you wipe it lightly, or your carpet stains with ease! The owners knew that with the section 8 and housing programs came gauranteed revenue they knew they would get from the state without heartache! So wouldn't you keep building and squishing in as many as you could too! They don't care about the crime and everything else that comes along with letting any and everybody rent! They still don't care. They just want that check, or money order by the first of the month! So don't expect the office to bend over backwards for you! All I am saying is Creston Point Management Keep it real! I know all of you really well and we have had conversations about the same stuff! Just tell the people when they ask you the truth about things. I'am a politician and they won't ask anymore questions. Cuz they know politicians lie! That way you can continue on with hiding the truth from these people. I'am sure that if the owner said hey you guys in the office! I will pay you no matter what if you lie, or tell the truth. Rent the units, or not! 98% of you would tell the truth! Wow thats some knowledge for that Butt!
