Terrible place. Criminals everywhere, 100's of kids destroying everything, no parents anywhere. Management does nothing, if you can ever reach them. Rent keeps going up, along with the extras that you have to pay for. Parking is always packed. Elevators always have urine on the floor and graffiti on the doors.

I agree...When I lived there and worked there, I was a witness to a few crimes that went on. Right before I moved out, I was home for lunch and I witness a man beating a woman in public while her child was in the car and then he kidnapped the woman and I was the one to call the police and gave a statement. Not to mention that the main reason I left was because I was home when there was a gunshooting in the complex and I have 3 kids and I care more about their safety. It was better when HSC Realty was the owner. When HNN Associates took over, all hell broke loose. And don't move to their other properties, Stonebrook, The Seasons in Auburn, or The Parks...They have the same problems...Take this from someone who worked and lived there...

LOL, I love it when people get bitter. The person who wrote the above, left over a year and a half ago. Why are you still worried about Creston Point!!! Her attitude didn't "mesh" with the general public. And she didn't leave because she wanted to. As her neighbor, she was one of the nastiest and dirtiest people I have ever seen. LOL and there are pictures to proove it. I lived and worked there as well. And though I no longer work for the company, I still attend events and love the whole office. I loved Creston. I had a new apartment with new appliances. Yes the rents go up. The average cost of living rises 6% every year. Thats why gas and food and clothes and everything else goes up dummy!!! And yes you have to pay for extras. Thats why they are called extras!! The Maintenence works all day keeping that place clean. And one of them, you will even see out all night going out of his way to help people. Because he cares about his home that much. Yes there are kids, and we knew at least half of them by name because they were involved in program. Please, if you can....name off any other community that you know that offers free after school programs to any kid who lives there. Free tutoring. Block parties and BBQ's where the residents win prizes and get to know each other. Back to school give aways and toy and household product drives at Christmas. They host community meetings every month. The community centers all do the same stuff, but its an extra for them and you have to pay for it!!! Yes, there are teenagers there. There are teens everywhere you go!!!!! In this community, in the complex down the street, in the ones in Kent, Auburn, Renton, Federal Way. Hello! If you want to escape kids, move to a retirement home!!! I had my kids there. And I felt safe enough to walk around the complex every night while I was trying to "walk into shape". Every night at 10:00PM And please figure out the difference between undercover police, and a security guard. Either way, you are being watched after. Someone is making sure your car isn't being stolen while you sleep. I am still in the industry. And I go from place to place. And I have seen so much worse. The people who live there should be happy that they have a place that nice for the price they are getting it at. I know I was. I moved into a house. But Creston reminded me of when I was a kid and all the kids in the culdesdac used to play together. Everyones famalies were close by. I am grateful for everything I have in life. And I work hard to keep the things I do cherish. But some poeple will always be unhappy and ungrateful.

Ok anonymous you obviously don't have very high or many standards in your life. I lived at CP and I moved out a year ago myself and I moved by choice. So what I say has no bearing on your or the previous writer aeg_le_thoth@yahoo.com. I enjoyed the first few months as it was nice clean quiet etc, but as time went on and definitely once management changed it became a mini ghetto war zone. That place is not safe nor is it a place of refuge like a home should be. For those of us with less than ghetto standards we all felt/feel much safer when we drive out of the gates. Yes I do agree you get what you pay for, but in this instance the somewhat low rental rates do truly reflect what you are getting. Nasty, dirty, ghetto fabulous at its down and dirty finest. Its sad that when people who do have lower incomes can find a place to live they have to live in such places as CP and for those places to be managed by sorry less than stellar companies like HNN. They should be ashamed of themselves for being the slumlords that they are and producing what is essentially fast food living. My intent was to never stay for any extended period of time at CP I was however there for 2 years and that was truly 1 year and 10 months too long. So as for you anonymous please don't hate on those who have higher standards of living and chose to live in a safe, quiet and clean environment. You can continue to live in a world of rental chaos and be happy, but don't down others for wanting and needing more.
