We did not have hot water the 1st 5 days of moving in.
Once the hot water heater was fixed, it did not work because they did not really fix it. We went another 3 days without hotwater.
My dishwasher didnt work, even after they fixed it.
My washer/dryer didnt work. It took 3 hours to dry one load of clothing.
My walls were coated in soot from Aurora's traffic.
Maintenence left large ugly open holes in the walls for weeks.
The Aurora traffic is very loud and will keep you up at night.
Break ins in the secure parking garage constantly. My car was broken into, and so was my roommates.
It is not worth the $1375.00 plus $50 parking that we pay each month to live in this place.
