Yo!

New Manager, Improved Conditions

I have been living at CrossPointe Vista for 2 1/2 years now. When I first moved in, the apartment manager was friendly, but ineffective. After she got the boot, ALL levels of service increased dramatically.

Yes, this building faces Aurora on one side, but it also faces the Seattle skyline on another, and the back of the property opens up into a private courtyard with a water fall. There is a roof top deck with a gas barbeque and a hot tub! How many people can say they have a LIVE view of the fireworks from the Space Needle and Lake Union all at one time without ever leaving their apartment building.

We did have a string of carbreak ins a LONG time ago, but that was taken care of - and additional security was added. There hasn't been another break in for some time, and there should not be -- I feel safe parking my vehicle in the SECURE parking garage.

But most of all - the biggest plus for me was that they accept dogs -- with a reasonable deposit.
