I currently live here, having moved from the other side of the country. I can't say i have any complaints. I live on the side of the building facing the inner courtyard, which has a great view of some trees and a pond. It makes me feel like i'm not right in the city and is relaxing in the summer..i would go for this view over noisy HW 99 if possible. The rent is also more than i'm used to, but after looking around and comparing with others i think it's a great deal. Nearby studio apt.'s cost the same or more than my 1 bedroom. The apartment is a little 1980's, but i got some cute furniture and was really able to make it look pretty good for a first time apartment. I also love having a parking space and its only an extra 25 a month. other places i looked at renting charged 900 rent plus 100 for an outside parking spot. here i have a secure parking garage. the only bad thing that has happened was that the some teenagers walked around the parking garage and tried getting into some cars, but nothing was stolen that i know of. I also love the rooftop deck with some seating, grills, and hot tub. It was fun for New Years and 4th of July. You can sit up in the hot tub with views of the Space Needle, the downtown, and Lake Union. Anyways, after living here I am really surprised it has such a low rating. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
