My mother moved in there about five years ago. The three of us kids moved in and out quite a bit during that time. We first moved in to an apartment facing Aurora which was a little noisy but tolerable. We needed a bit more space and moved in to a 2 bed/2 bath on the 4th floor facing the courtyard. We LOVED it. Many of the residents have lived there the entire time we did. The management always fixed our stuff pretty much right away! (Countless drain clogs, i kept breaking the garbage disposal...thanks Ross) Roof top deck is awesome with a new grill. The grill gets busy in the summer but everyone always shares.
