i have lived at the David Colwell Building since it opened in 2000 and the place is okay.We finally in the last 3 years took under our wings some great management who is totally no-nonsense about sticking to the rules and keeping up after yourself. But when it comes to lack of security and foot traffic in the builing-FORGET IT!!! Foot traffic, drug activity and homeless people seem to go throough the doors there like the 7/11 food stores. It horrible! If you don't mind the low-income rent or can put up with bums, tramps and thieves coming through the doors at all hours of the night, and are willing to put up with people smelling of booze and looking high as a kite on drugs when they come through the door to visit friends, then come on over. The door is a revolving door to come through to see your pals. But if you soon discover that the rules are fair for everyone, and the regulations apply to everyone,as well, then come here to move in.Your always welcome,as long as you don't leave the light on all night.
