Lived there for two years (2002-2003) -- kind of a generic apartment, but well laid out. Outside is noisy, but the windows are double-pained so it isn't bad with them closed (expect to have them opened during the summer as it gets very hot). View is very nice if you get a west-facing apartment above 6th floor. Price is excellent for the quality of the place (lived at the Nettleton one move before -- Decatur is much much nicer).
