Judie and April, the managers, are the most attentive, helpful people I know, and have a way of becoming a personal friends to those who live here. The lobby and hallways are clean, and have the look of an expensive hotel. The apartments themselves are worth far more then the set rent. The views from upper level apartments are outstanding. There is a true feeling of community here. I have lived here less than one year, and I am already good friends with over 10 families in the building. It is a quiet and distinguished building, but still casual enough to have a beer or two while doing your laundry in the basement.
