I have only lived here for a short period of time ( at least compared to a lot of those who live in the building) but I just love it here and I have lived in several different places. The manager Judie is very kind, though sometimes she is a little too casual. They have a new Assistant and she seems to be very kind and helpful as well.
Maintenance is good and the apartment is very nice for the First Hill neighborhood.
I haven't had any problems so I would definetely recommend these apartments.
