I lived in The Decatur for 6 long years. My wife failed to convince me to buy a house for all that time because the idea of leaving this elegant neighbourhood and those sweeping city views for some hardcore mindnumbing suburbia was toxic for me. Access to everything is brilliant, views are unimpeded as it is right on the edge of the hill, the streets and neighbourhood are classy and very optimal, the rooms are large and airy. Unfortunately, I have left a while ago and feel horrible.

Now for problems. Parking is inadequate. Elevators are nice but inadequate. Storage is inadequate. Staff just about adequate though the new lot are on the lower side of adequate. Also prepare for lots of noise rolling in off Boren Ave, for those that like their silence ( not me ).
