You must have been crazy to write such a review!
1) There is a grocery store less than .5 miles away! Along with THE most popular bar on Capitol Hill
2) Yes, the ambulances suck. They dont bother me, but my wife HATES them.
3) The staff is always cleaning and making the place look good, sometimes it lags behind, but hey, YOU ARE IN A BIG CITY and alot of idiots do stupid crap, such as litter).
4) The building isnt the best looking, but I dont think it is that bad, and inside it looks nice.
5) Parking is not very big, but this is BIG CITY, get over it, parking sucks everywhere in on First HIll/Capitol Hill.
5) Yes, there are probably nicer places to live, but we have lived here for two years and love it.
