After reading the comments and having lived here for over a year...I can honestly say that in DOWNTOWN SEATTLE it is a great place to be. You have to expect that living an URBAN area like downtown Seattle there will be noise and bad things can happen ANYWHERE. I overall enjoyed my experience and its too bad that people don't read their SIGNED contract before they move in otherwise you would know what to expect when you move away. The staff was efficiect and friendly. I would recommend this overall compared to the prices for what you get in the general area.
