The Decatur was sold, and it's going to be condos. I really liked it here--great location, friendly and attentive mgmt, etc, but it's all about the $$ and they are being converted to condos.

That sucks. We are live there 6 years ago and then moved to Texas. We are getting ready to move back and wanted back in the Decatur. :(

You wouldn't have liked the new management. Things were not the same as when you were there 6 years ago..
