Good location, nice old apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Great location, in the free ride zone. Close to downtown, capitol hill, hospitals. No grocery store nearby, but excellent Bartell drugs for the everyday stuff. Wonderful manager. Construction (remodeled in the 80s) quirky at best. Nothing level or plumb. But the original high ceilings, moldings, pocket doors, and hardwood floors left in great state. Very beautiful atmosphere, stately old building.
