Downtowner Apartments

This place needs to be napalmed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This is the worst apartment in the world. It is infested from top to bottom with roaches and shady characters. The elevators are always broken. The residents must live in filth for there to be so many roaches. They also leave their unwanted food in the hallway for other other people , as if someone would be stupid enough to eat something that was left out for the roaches. I am going to start running roach bombs every few weeks. I am becoming paranoid and I believe the roaches are driving me insane. I always watch my belongings like a hawk since someone stole my box of detergent when I was foolish enough to leave it in the laundry room for five minutes. If I were a woman I would fear for my life every moment of the day because of all the creepy people living here. If you live here get used to the sound of fire alarms, the idiots in the building set them off every couple weeks and the elevators are recalled to the lobby. That's if the elevators aren't broken, which they always are. Good luck if you live on the 9th floor. The apartment is small but adequate. The price is very low. The location is great, at the center of china town it is sort of a hub where all bus routes come and go. However, be prepared to be accosted for money every time you leave the house by filthy bums. One time I saw a rat in the parking lot. The staff are nice people and helpful, it's not their fault this place is a cesspool. The only way to improve this place is to firebomb it. It is beyond saving and should be turned into a parking lot like they did to Jeffrey Dahmer's apartment.
