Clean, reasonable, convenient

We stayed a week in November and found it close to everything we needed to see in Seattle. It's simple, basic, a little worn around the edges, but very clean. Includes a nice kitchenette and two double beds for $60/night. We recommend it. Nice donut shop across the street for morning coffee.
