Edwards Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   If you love non-stop sirens, you'll be happy at the Edwards. Located between Fire Station No. 2 and Denny Way/Fifth Ave. it's convenient, but NOISY. Add to that the drunk trouble makers exiting a nearby tavern at all hours of the night/morning, the ceaseless parade of garbage/recycling trucks, ANY event at Seattle Center, the $#%@! Monorail blasting its airhorn, and never-ending road construction projects throughout the year and you've got a pretty accurate idea. I haven't even started on the building residents and their pets and visitors. The one elevator is often out of order so I hope you're in decent shape. The on-site janitor was a joke and there are residents who store their personal items in the hallways and stairwells, causing a potential fire safety hazard. Sign me, GLAD TO BE OUTTA THERE!
