Horribly overpriced, no amententies (I mean NO amenities, not even a garbage disposal, let alone the washer, dryer, dishwaters that the place next door has for the same price!), the elevator is a loud tempermental thing that you have to close the gate tight or it stays on that floor (management loves to blame the residents for not closing the gate, never mind the elevator is like a hundred years old!). The manager is lazy. She's one of these loves to make people think she's everyone's friend and a great landlord...until you move in. Then you cant get her to do anything (is it so hard to hook up the buzzer to a residents phone....you know in at least the first month they live there'). go next door, theyre cheaper, modern apts with responsive management.
