Can be okay but the manager sucks.

Something broken at your place? Good luck at getting a hold of the manager. I couldn't even get a hold of her to do the final inspection when I moved out. A package of mine was stolen... when I contacted ups to investigate they found that the manager had signed for it. They contacted her and the packaged showed up in the lobby. Four months or so after it was sent. Construction was being done. The stucco was being removed from the outside wall. 1045 for a noisy unsafe place, it isn't worth it. Look elsewhere.
