Present manager is never on staff! Just ask the fireman who broke down his door when the fire alarm went off over and over again one day. There was no emergency contact number for tennats to call to get his attention, so the firemen took care of that! Bet that cost a pretty penny to replace that office door! While I have no pet, I feel like I do, the place smells horribly of cat urine and feces border the grounds. There used to be a maintenance man, can you tell me where he's gone'!' No one on sight ever! There's 3 different painting schemes going on in the stinky halls and since I've lived here the rooftop jacuzzi has been out of commission. PS: Don't tan here, the tanning bed room has patched up holes - who knows who's looking!! The only positive, you can walk to Gasworks park and right near BG Trail.
