I have to agree with the previous poster.

First, the management really is bad. They don't bother with anything. They won't let you chain your bike to the railing, which is fine, but then they don't do anything about the fact that the bike rack is packed solid with bikes. They do not fix stuff. If you tell them that your washing machine is broken, they either blow you off or the "repairman" argues with you about whether it is broken.

And the apartments are really small for what you pay. There's no linen closet, so all your towels and things wind up in your bedroom or something. The rooftop deck has a nice view of the city, yes, and you're near the Burke-Gilman trail, but it's not worth what you're paying. And it can be loud.
