I lived here for a year and a half, the manager was not very nice and was _never around when she was supposed to be. We had all kinds of problems with people getting their cars stolen from the garage. They were under remodel most of the time so I was constantly woken up by pounding, drilling, or crashing. The maintenence guy is actually just the manager's live in boyfriend who doesn't know anything about fixing things (I was often better off just fixing things myself)
