El Toro Apartments

A fab place to start. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   My husband and I moved from abroad and landed in this lovely, very clean apartment complex. The pool is a total plus in the Summer. The Manager, Chris, is just an incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and generally amazing person who welcomed us and helped us settle in. The residents are a melting pot of cultures and backgrounds like a little city. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable for long walks.
