El Toro Apartments

Wonderful, quiet, home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've lived at the El Toro for 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier. Neighbors are kind and quiet. The whole complex is nearly silent after dark, thanks to somewhat strict noise rules. Plenty of parking in both front and rear lots. Maintainence is quick to respond and unintrusive. Manager is easy to get ahold of and responsive to questions and needs. The surrounding city is small and safe with police and fire close by. Highways are only minutes away. Overall, a very awesome place, and a great reprieve for anyone sick of the noise and overcrowding of the bigger city areas.
