Good for a first apartment From: proudmommy98204 Date posted: 10/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1994   I lived in El Toro about 15 years ago, and it's a great place to start out it. It was my first apartment. Very comfortable & quiet for the price. I had an overall good experience there.
