I am actually a current resident but am moving soon. Can't say that I will miss this place. You can hear pretty much everything the surrounding neighbors are doing in their apartments. My upstairs neighbors walk really hard and I tried to complain to the condo board about it but they basically told me to handle the situation myself. I can hear people next door talking, toilets being flushed, door slams, hard walking from upstairs, dogs barking (you get the idea). It's not quiet. I guess many of the other tenants love it here and haven't had problems. I know a lot of apartment buildings have thin walls and you can easily hear the neighbors. If you don't mind that, you would probably love it here. If you like peace and quiet, don't bother.

The location is great. The neighbors seem to be nice people and the concierge is good.
