I have been at EBP since 2001. First year was great - downhill for the past year secondary to too many students partying & not respecting the building they live in, ie. destroying plants/furniture etc that the building has provided for our enjoyment. I personally love our apt ( awesome view of the city & elliott bay) however could do without the day labourers across the street & rowdy drunks in the wee hours of the morning. This is of course to be expected living anywhere if you're right downtown. The buidling has started to look a little shabby however new management has taken over & they are in the process of giving the entire building a facelift. This, along with managements' dedication to weeding out the troublemaking residents is why i have decided to stay on. Maintenance staff & office employees have always been amazing, very helpful & always friendly. Requests for maintenance have always been completed in 24hrs. The buiding for the most part is very clean & very pretty. Pool,24 hr fitness centre & tanning facilities are a great bonus. I have recently checked out about 15 apts in belltown/queen anne & to be honest have not seen any one that I would give up my apt for.I plan on staying for a while if management uses greater discretion in the tenants they choose.
