stay away!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   i totally agree with the person who summed up this place as a frat house. this is exactly what it is. i have been here almost 3 years & i only resigned my last lease for 6 months to see if management would in fact follow up in their promises to weed out the frat kids. well, my lease comes up at the end of this month & i'd rather live in a hotel temporarily then stay a minute longer in this dorm room. Puke, grafitti, all kinds of hollering & screaming at all hours of the night & management is useless in doing anything to contain it. Geez, i wonder if renting out a 1 bedroom to 4 students may contribute to the problem'! 2 years ago there were plenty of professional people who respected their space - now its full of disrespectful, selfish, rude & loud 20 somethings who appear to be away from home for the first times in their lives. if you don't spray the elevators with grafitti, puke outside your apartment door, steal from other peoples cars/storage areas/mailboxes then this place is not for you
