Recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved here in the middle of April. My moving experience has been positive. What stands out the most to me is that the staff members were patient and helpful in answering my questions, which is normally something I didn't think was important when hunting for apartments, but turned out to be important. And no, I am not a staff member. Here are some examples: 1) My assigned parking spot didn't work out for me, so the staff helped me to move spots. 2) The staff arranged for my many UPS move-in box's to be taken directly to my new apartment (I was at work) 3) I was given a list of belltown restraunts (by category), grocers, dry cleaning, barbers, etc. For the building itself: The courtyard area is attractive. I probably won't use the pool, but looking outside, the water isn't brown or green, so that's good. I also like the keycard access to parking, cause I don't have to stop and set my groceries down to open the door. So all in all, so far, good experience.
