I've been here for 6 months. Neighbors are courteous. Personnel treat me so well they make me feel special. They're here most of the day, every day, except sometimes when they are showing. They always resond to messages, and often do me a favor by placing delivered packages inside my apartment, as I work long hours. I have called for maintenance during odd hours. The call goes to a central agency, and gets reported to the local maintenance people, who have responded anywhere from within an hour to within 1 day. This has been for things like window and screen problems, light bulbs (which they replace), fireplace problem. There is noise outside because itās in the heart of belltown and next to 99. Traffic is not bad at all, but of course, buses and taxis are very convenient. My neighbor and I asked each other if weād heard our loud tvās: NO, on either side. Some, including my neighbor, who have the bedroom on the south side do not like the nightclub music a few nights a week. My apartment is on that side, but my bedroom window opens up to the courtyard, and I donāt hear the nightclub. And yes, GREAT amenities. I feel at home and safe here. It's card entry, video cameras and guard patrol. Also, I walk safe walking through the belltown streets up to 2am. I just stay aware, and like most Seatlites, I say NO to beggars. Only thing I wish were better is that today, I wish I had a/c, though I get air from 3 sides, lots of windows; and my bathroom could be larger. It's a 1022 sq ft. 1 br with studio. I work at Boeing. Not for EBP, but since I like it so much, I'm writing this.
