We lived in EBP from Nov. 06 through August 06 and we were extremely happy to leave. Aside from the free tanning, internet, and vending machines, the traffic noise from Elliott Ave was unbearable! This mixed with the drunk party goers Thursday through Saturday nights screaming at the top of their lungs and stumbling down the street until 6am was extremely annoying. Also, during the summer the heat was unbearable and due to all the outside noise, we couldnt open the windows at night for longer then a few mins!!!
Also, be aware that the bums enjoy urinating on the building and the when the homeless shelter next door closes up they all stumble across the street and onto EBP to meet up with the drug dealers!!! Although, it was comical at times, it was annoying after a while.
The only reason why we rented this place is because we got 2 months free rent and no deposit to move in... Otherwise, we wouldnt have rented here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Hi, I am a leasing consultant at EBP and know for a fact that we changed managers since then and he has completely flipped this place around. I absolutely adore working here and the residents are very nice. I haven't heard anything this extreme since the new manager has taken over. I do secret shopping of all our competitors in the area, and I have been very impressed with our property.
