I have lived here for a bit and while it is a fine apartment building with new ammenities such as underground parking, w/d in unit, nice and updated kitchens, etc, it lacks any community feeling and you are not in a neighborhood setting. No charm to the building or unit if that is what you are looking for. They have finally leased the retail space next the building - a bail bondsman! There is no public space like a garden, community room, exercise room etc and it can be quite loud at times with people yelling on the street, sirens constantly going off, Harborview helicopter route over building, etc. Not a safe place to walk when dark early in the am or at night. While the staff is friendly, they are not always available in the office during hours and are hard to reach when not there for emergencies, etc. Also, apartments are super hot in the summer and it can get very unpleasant. Balconies are really small. Water is also always dripping in the garages and the stairwell has visible water damage as well, but so far no problem in my unit on one of the lower floors. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
